What are we doing now?
A journey of faith
We started our ministry life together in 1990, pioneering a church in Rochester, NY. We couldn't imagine there would ever come a time when we weren't pastoring. It was our life. But after 30 years, the Holy Spirit told us our season pastoring had come to an end. This was a shock to us and we had a hard time adjusting.

Our identity had become linked to our assignment. We also had to wrestle with the question, Did we fail? We came to understand that pastoring was not our life; rather it was necessary preparation for the next season of our life - encouraging and mentoring pastors and leaders, helping them to fulfill their call.

For more than 40 years, we have lived a life of miracles. We made the commitment as young adults, teenagers really, that we were not going to be people who just talked about a great God but a people who lived it. There are many people who could preach great messages but not a lot whose life stories demonstrated the supernatural intervent
For more than 40 years, we have lived a life of miracles. We made the commitment as young adults, teenagers really, that we were not going to be people who just talked about a great God but a people who lived it. There are many people who could preach great messages but not a lot whose life stories demonstrated the supernatural intervention of an amazing and loving Father. Our lives are a testament to the fact that God is a good God, he is faithful and his Word is true. He is not a respecter of persons. He is big enough and good enough to do what you are bold enough to believe him for. We like to say, With a God so big and so good, why limit your dreams?

We love pastors. We understand their unique challenges, hurts and needs. So we spend most of our time encouraging and coaching them. We consider helping pastors and leaders the greatest privilege of our lives. Although most of our work is done behind the scenes, we are often found ministering together, sharing from the Word of God and

We consider helping pastors and leaders the greatest privilege of our lives. Although most of our work is done behind the scenes, we are often found ministering together, sharing from the Word of God and our life experiences. We minister in churches, in ministry conferences and are extensively involved in international missions work.
